

My Approach
At The Temple Fitness, my philosophy is simple: just move!
Whether you're crushing a CrossFit WOD, flowing with your rope, going for a brisk walk, or gearing up for an Ironman—movement is worship when done with the right heart. Your body was never meant to be idle. It was made to move, to grow, to overcome.
I advocate for every form of activity—cycling, running, HIIT workouts, jump rope, spinning, team sports, bodybuilding—you name it. There's no single path to honoring God with your body, but there's one truth we can all walk in: you don't need to be perfect—just consistent.
I focus on short, high-intensity workouts that are simple, effective, and can be done anywhere. No fancy gear, no pressure—just a commitment to show up and grow stronger.
I also believe that what we do outside the workout matters. Fasting, clean nutrition, and daily discipline are just as important as your reps and sets. This journey is about stewardship—taking care of what God has given you and pushing forward with purpose.
You don’t have to do it all. But you can do something.
And that’s where the change begins.
